Refund Policy

Overview

We stand behind our courses and want to be sure you are 100% happy with your course purchase. To that end, we will refund the full purchase price of your course anytime prior to the start of the third lesson. You must request a refund before you have started the third lesson. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must email us at contact@frftrainingondemand.com. Please email us from the email account you used when purchasing the course. We will confirm eligibility and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.

If eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please be aware that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your credit or debit card account.

Late or missing refunds

If  few business days have passed since we authorized your refund and you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (up to 7 days) before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
