Leah O'Brien
LIMHP, CPC, LADC, CPT
Leah O’Brien was born and raised in Nebraska and grew up the daughter of a Lincoln Fire and Rescue Firefighter. She attended Nebraska Wesleyan University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, then attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting therapies.
Leah started her private practice in 2019 and works with First Responders and their spouses. She also works with the First Responders Foundation to conduct trainings or presentations for first responders and clinicians.
On the first Sunday of every month at noon, she holds a Spouse Support group at the First Responders Foundation. Please feel free to reach out to her via email for any questions!
